A meeting of all Italian Engel & Völkers offices took place in Milan on the 12th November 2019, several selected international guests were invited as speakers for this special occasion. "Trust is a must" was the main topic of the evening. Trust comes always first, both on the level of relationships between colleagues and it is no less important between the merchant and the client.
The festive event took place in the attractive space of the movie studios, in the East End Studios. The most successful Engel & Völkers offices in various categories across Italy were announced. Our colleague Jakub F., Team leader of the Prague Residential Rentals Department, accepted an invitation to a panel discussion with the main topic of “Trust is a must”. He spoke not only about the importance of building confidence in the business, but also about the Prague real estate market. An unconventional guest was Paolo Angelo Nespoli, an Italian astronaut and engineer of ESA's European Space Agency, who took part in a mission to the ISS space station. Teamwork, team leadership and responsibility are the keywords that works quite parallel with space missions and business.
Mgr. Jakub became a member of our Engel & Völkers Prague team in 2017. Since the beginning, his agenda has been the lease of Prague residential properties. His achievements are clearly stated in the “Top 10 Engel & Völkers Agent 2018” awards in the Engel & Völkers international rating. In March 2019, Jakub became the Head or Team Leader of the whole residential real estate department of our Prague E&V shop, the only one in the Czech Republic.
