There are currently 4 departments and we are ready to hire the best traders and make our teams stronger. An intensive training awaits you at the beginning - the so-called onboarding, which is guided by an experienced member of our team, Bára Kubíková. Of course, your education does not end with onboarding, on the contrary, it all begins, a well-set training program will accompany you throughout your work with us. Regular foreign language lessons, training in soft and hard skills, business etiquette in the personal presentation of Mr. Ladislav Špaček or international trainings organized by the Engel & Völkers Academy. You will entrust real estate photography to our photographic team, which is fully available to you. Our team assistants help you with administrative activities.
Do you love beautiful real estate and can you empathize with the client's needs? Do you want at the same time apply your business spirit and participate in demanding business negotiations? Are you interested in the human stories and at the same time can you work persistently on a business case for several months? Do you long for a combination of emotions and business? Do you want to get to places where you often catch your breath?
You will find all of the above in the residential sales team. You will trade in the medium to premium real estate segment, ie. with smaller investment apartments from CZK 5 million to premium villas in the order of hundreds of millions of CZK. You will work within half a year and get to regular sales in about 9 months. Time spent in the office vs. in the out of the office it is balanced, about 50:50. You need to have English ideally at level B2. However, if you feel that you need to more practise, you have 3-4 months to do it. You can join to our regular language courses. The residential sales team was founded in March 2013. Individual business meetings as well as team sales, await you, 15-member sales team will support you.
Are you in love with a dynamic environment? Working on a computer for many hours doesn’t make you happy, do you always want to see results of your work immediately? Welcome to the residential rental team, which was established in January 2016. There are 11 members in team, 3 of our colleagues regularly achieve awards within the worldwide network of Engel & Völkers Top Real Estate Agents.
After the training, you will spend 70% of the time out of the office, because you will organize lots of viewings for clients. Well managed time management is a condition in this team, you will constantly move from view to view, there is the least administration in this department. You will get to the successful rental process in 3-6 months. Your sales item will be real estate in the medium to luxury segment, you will get to places which will definitely enchant you. You will use English from the first day, a large number of clients are foreigners. Even in this department, you will establish long-term relationships with the owners and client satisfaction will always come first. You will mostly deal with rentals on your own, but you will always be part of a friendly team that supports each other.
Making a phone call is your passion, rejection by a client is a challenge and building long-term relationships with clients is exactly what you are looking for. Your product will be commercial real estate - residential buildings or office buildings. You will spend a lot of time on the phone, "cold calling" will be your daily bread. Are you dare to become part of a discreet sale? So you are in the right place in this team - none of our properties we do not advertise publicly, your good is something unique and you can arrange its sale even without advertising. In addition, you have excellent analytical skills, mathematics is no stranger to you. It is necessary to orient yourself in floor plans, to be able to read from them, Excel is your good friend and you have background in tax bases. You will trade with a creditworthy clientele, which you do not stun with romantic photos of the house at sunset, this is team where we use mathematics and negotiation skills the most. Preparation in the office for sale is the most demanding in this team, it will make up 70% of the day, 30% will take place outside the office. You have to be a team player in all teams, but this is doubly true here. You will achieve the regularity of successful trading in approximately 12 to 15 months. Only in this team is English not a condition but an advantage. With each foreign language knowledge, you are closer to new clients and you are guaranteed to apply it, just like one of your colleagues who speak 5 languages and apply all of them. Our Prague Engel & Völkers shop was established in 2008 at the same time as a commercial team. 15-member team is looking forward to meet you, for its members residential buildings are not only a job, but also a passion.
Do you want to be part of a smaller team with huge growth potential? Commercial rentals are our youngest department, it consists of 5 members and was founded in March 2019. We rent offices and also retails, especially in historic residential buildings, as well as large office complexes in administrative buildings, and newly fitness centers, restaurants and cafes. In the future, we also plan to rent warehouses and industrial buildings. You will become a B2B trader, excellent negotiation skills are a matter of course for you, on both sides you will deal with professionals in their fields - with entrepreneurs, with executives and representatives of top management of companies. English language is required in this team. If you have a passive knowledge of the language, you will certainly start to use it active in our language courses within 3 to 5 months. There is less administration in this team, you will spend only 40% of the time in the office, 60% in the field. You don't have to calculate too much, but more negotiation and search for business opportunities in the B2B field. This team already has great potential in Prague today, you have the opportunity to be on its rise.

Each team has its leader, who is a great support to its members. There are also opportunities for your career growth in each of the teams.
