Your task

INTAKE

° Prospection on a specific territory with the aid of tools and techniques that were developed especially by Engel & Völkers;

° Analysis and knowledge of the local property market;

° Evaluation of the real estate on this territory and presentation to the owner;

° Negotiation of the sales contract;

° Preparation of the sales file;

° Reporting to the owner.

 

SALES

° Management and monitoring of a portfolio of buyers, analysis of the specific needs;

° Proposal of suitable properties;

° Organization and follow-up of the visits;

° Negotiation and conclusion of the sale;

° Accompanying the seller and the buyer up to the notarial deed;

° After sales service.

 

Your profile

 

° You have commercial experience, ideally in the real estate sector.

° You are in possession of a biv number

° You are result-oriented and have the necessary perseverance to achieve your goals.

° You are a vendor in heart and soul, and you can listen attentively to the direct and indirect needs of your customers.

° You are independent, enthusiastic and dynamic, and have perseverance.

° You have team spirit and you have a sense of initiative.

° As a good negotiator you easily make contact.

° You have a local network or are able to build one quickly.

° You are familiar with office software, PC, tablet or smartphone.

° You speak fluently Dutch, French and English, the communication language of our network, is an additional asset.
