Discrete, fast and with years of market knowledge.
1. Since when are you a Realtor?
Having an extensive experience in consulting and commercial, I started in the real estate sector in 2014 at MMC (Metropolitan Market Center) Barcelona for E&V.
2. What do you like about the sector?
It is a very dynamic sector, which after a serious crisis is again growing moderately. The fact of having been in Barcelona, Cerdanya and now in Andorra, very different markets, gives me a wider and enriching vision of the markets. I like networking with international clients, which I have been able to develop thanks to the languages.
3. Why Engel & Völkers?
I started in the sector with E&V because I was attracted to the business idea, networking, and especially the '' know how ''. The contacts and interaction between people has made me always feel comfortable.
4. What are your hobbies?
My great passion from a very young age have been sailing, where a long ago I was a professional, competing all over the world in very international and enriching environments. The world of the motor has not been less, which I think we share with a large part of Andorrans, the high potence motorcycles, with its roar, the feeling of freedom, and the breeze on the face, and also trial motorcycles, which requires great coordination and dexterity, and which continue to be an important sport in my day to day life. Finally, the non-powered glider flight, so often seen by the Pyrenees, is the small, light glider that is drawn by a small plane to the necessary height, both on the distance and acrobatic styles.
5. Any memorable anecdote?
Being honest, the personal anecdote that brings me good memories has been that both when I was with Engel&Völkers Cerdanya and Engel&Völkers Andorra, each of the two areas, the first ever visit I've made, ended up with the property sold.
6. What would you recommend or should you know about a buyer?
I believe that buyers have to know what they want and let themselves be guided and above all rely on a professional, who dedicates his time to that matter, and who can foresee events, which without him, could happen undesirably. Understand that the process involves negotiation within reasonable terms and administrative procedures involving third parties.
7. What about a seller?
First, and although obvious, have clear that you want to sell. Second, that the price is established by the market, not the real estate agency. The real estate agent can advise or recommend a price, with a market study. Third, that properties can not be sold without providing all documentation beforehand, lack of documentation or trust in the professional can lead to last minute rush or even lose the operation. Trust the professional, he is there to advise you. And finally, the process may require some time.
8. What property in Andorra would highlight, and why?
In Andorra there are many properties worthy of attention and admiration, the quality of housing in the Principality, as well as services are a great privilege. Therefore it would emphasize more than a property, an area in which we find some of the best houses: Parc Guillemó, which is a quiet and pleasant area, close to the center of Andorra la Vella, to services and shopping centers, well communicated in every way. Oriented to the south, to enjoy the maximum clarity and light and with excellent views over the valley.
