Stunning seafront house, private access to beach

A house comprised of three separate buildings and direct private access to El Cabito beach. We enter the first module via an entrance hall with WC and continue to a spacious living room with spectacular views and a wood-burning fire, pool table, bar, dining area with table catering for ten people and access to a deck with an area for fires and shade. This area adjoins a dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, larder and staff quarters. The house has central heating via a boiler. On the ground floor, there is accommodation for the caretakers and an enclosed double garage. The second building contains the master suite with living room, dressing room, double jacuzzi and compartmentalized bathroom, and in the third building, there are two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and two bedrooms sharing a bathroom. All the bedrooms enjoy open views to the sea and access to a spacious deck. The house is surrounded by a vast garden with indigenous plants and 20-year-old trees, water sprinkler system, natural freshwater lagoon and a BBQ area with BBQ/grill, bar, fridge, living area and table catering for 20 people. There is also an open-air parking area for ten cars. The grounds also comprise stables built in curupay and lapacho wood with room for two horses.
