Become a tipster!
It pays to spread the word... Have you heard that a property in Würzburg and the surrounding area is for sale in your circle of acquaintances? Then become part of our referral community and earn at least €750 in referral commission. How does it work? Simply send us your contact details and tell us your tip. We will contact the property owner and take care of everything else.
As soon as you find out that someone in your area wants to sell a property, contact us and tell us about the tip. Engel & Völkers will contact the person and work with the property owner to sell the property. As soon as the property is sold and we have received the net commission, you will receive your share of the tipster commission directly into your account.
Depending on the value of the property, you will receive a commission from €750.00 per tip.
So that we can pass on and sell the property accordingly, you must inform your contact about the tipster concept and obtain their consent to pass on the contact. The property must not currently be managed by another estate agent (brokerage contract) and must not be for sale. You may be friends and related to the owner, but not live in the same property (e.g. spouse).
Please make sure that you are permitted to pass on the personal data of the person concerned and that they agree to this.
In principle, anyone can become a tipster. Exceptions are certain professional groups and persons who live in the property themselves or are married to the property owner. please make sure (with your employer if necessary) that you are allowed to act as a tipster and that this activity does not conflict with your profession.
