Sven Schäfer was born on 17 March 1977 in Dauchingen in the Schwarzwald-Baar district. In 2003, at the age of 26, he opened his first Engel & Völkers property shop in Constance. This marked the start of his career as a successful licence partner and property expert on Lake Constance. The second property shop on the Höri followed in 2008.
In 2014 he opened in 2017, he opened the new property shop in Überlingen for residential property and expanded it into the Engel & Völkers Commercial office for commercial property in 2019. another branch was added in Radolfzell in 2021.
Constance is still the headquarters from which Sven Schäfer runs his Engel & Völkers property company, which currently has around 25 employees. Of course, the successful entrepreneur has further expansion plans. This time, he is heading for Friedrichshafen, where the commercial shop will open in 2024.
