As a rule, such a luxury flat also has a generously proportioned balcony or even an entire roof terrace. In Switzerland, such properties are also called attic flats.

Loft:

In a loft, industrial charm meets the highest level of living comfort. A loft flat is a former warehouse or industrial space that has been converted into a flat. Due to this origin, such luxury flats are usually characterised by a particularly large living space and an open room design. Large window fronts and rustic brick walls are also often found in these properties.
