New Construction Building, located north of the Gracia neighborhood. At the foot of Collserola. It is the highest neighborhood in relation to sea level in Barcelona, which in summer provided the ideal climate for vacationers who take refuge here from the heat of Barcelona. The main tourist attraction in the area is Park Güell (in the neighboring neighborhood of La Salud).
