The brokerage contract with us and/or our representative is concluded by commissioning the brokerage activity in text form (e.g. e-mail with confirmation of the desired use). The amount of the brokerage depends on the legal regulations on the division of the brokerage, which came into force on 23.12.2020. According to this, the brokerage is regularly earned for both parties (owner and buyer) in the amount of 3% each plus VAT in the respective applicable amount, i.e. currently a total of 3.57% of the purchase price including VAT upon conclusion of the notarial contract.
