1. Fees for the Rental Agreement For leases that are rented for purposes other than residential (business premises, neutral objects), a fee of 1% of the gross rent (incl. Agreement on an additional commission in the event of an extension or conversion to an open-ended tenancy: Tenant: Supplement to the maximum amount, taking into account the entire contract period, but no more than ½ BMM The transfer of the landlord's commission (max. 3 BMM) to the business premises tenant can be agreed (§ 12 IMVO).
