The brokerage contract with us is concluded by confirming the use of our brokerage activity in text form, such as, in particular, signature of the searching customer contract and/or property description. The amount of commission is based on legal regulations for the division of brokerage fees that came into force on 23.12.2020. Accordingly, the commission is regularly earned and due for both parties (owner and buyer) upon conclusion of a notarial contract, in the amount of 3% plus value added tax at the respectively applicable rate currently a total of 3,57 % of the purchase price including value added tax.
