Vis á vis on the other side of the valley is the Teufelsküche, one of the most beautiful geotopes in Swabia. Brown trout and rainbow trout live in the Günz and the dipper, grey wagtail and beaver live along the Günz. The Günz valley cycle path runs along the valley directly behind the mill and connects the mill to the excellent Allgäu cycle path network.

The brokerage contract with us and/or our agent is concluded by the confirmation of the utilisation of our brokerage services in text form, such as, in particular, the signing of the search client contract and/or the utilisation of our brokerage services on the basis of the property exposé. The amount of the brokerage fee is based on the statutory regulations on the division of brokerage fees that came into force on 23 December 2020.
