The property is located in the small town of Santa Maria de Vilalba, just a few minutes from the A2 motorway, the B40 bypass and the towns of Abrera, Martorell and Olesa de Montserrat. Santa Maria de Vilalba, also known as El Suro, is a village in the municipality of Abrera (Baix Llobregat), located on a hill between the Llobregat River and the Morral del Molí stream, to the east of the municipality. Located in a very quiet and residential area, it offers us nature to touch everywhere. Excellent situation. From our house, just a few minutes away, we reach the Abrera shopping centre, which offers a supermarket, petrol station, multiplex cinema, gastronomy and a wide range of shops. Abrera is a town in the Baix Llobregat, located about 35 km from Barcelona. Barcelona, very well communicated, with direct access to the A-2 motorway and being close to the motorway. It has a regular bus service to Barcelona and its own train station. We will also enjoy all the services, such as public and private schools (some of them of reference, such as the school ‘Agora’ in Sant Esteve Sesrovires or ‘Daina Isard’ in Olesa de Montserrat) and public and private medical centres, as well as the regional Hospital in Martorell.
