The property is located in the small town of Santa Maria de Vilalba, just a few minutes from the A2 motorway, the B40 bypass and the towns of Abrera, Martorell and Olesa de Montserrat. Santa Maria de Vilalba, also known as El Suro, is a village in the municipality of Abrera (Baix Llobregat), located on a hill between the Llobregat River and the Morral del Molí stream, to the east of the municipality. Located in a very quiet and residential area, it offers us nature to touch everywhere. Excellent situation. From our house, just a few minutes away, we reach the Abrera shopping centre, which offers a supermarket, petrol station, multiplex cinema, gastronomy and a wide range of shops. Abrera is a town in the Baix Llobregat, located about 35 km from Barcelona. Barcelona, very well communicated, with direct access to the A-2 motorway and being close to the motorway. It has a regular bus service to Barcelona and its own train station.
