The condominium we offer is located in the Musikerviertel, in a preferred location of Geretsried, an idyllic town just outside Munich. 35 kilometers south of Munich, directly on the Isar River, 12 kilometers to Lake Starnberg and the Alps within reach: Geretsried offers almost unlimited opportunities for recreation and excursions. The new Geretsried town center with all shopping facilities for daily needs, as well as doctors and pharmacies, is only a few minutes' walk away. The nearest bus stop can be reached in about two minutes on foot, and the current S-Bahn terminus in Wolfratshausen is only 8 kilometers away with a direct bus connection.
