<li>You are responsible for the <b>acquisition of new rental properties and existing portfolio</b>.</li><li>The organization of <b>property valuations, viewings, inventory fixtures</b> and other tasks related to the finalization of leases falls into your responsibility.</li><li>After a successful collaboration, you <b>prepare the rental dead</b> and help with necessary documents.</li><li>To strengthen our client relationships, you are the clients first contact person for rental related questions.</li>

<li>You have a<b> high degree of commitment</b> and an independent way of working.</li><li><b>Knowledge </b>of Luxembourg Territory, especially<b> Lux-City and surrounding.</b></li><li><b>Ideally </b>you already bring <b>first experience in property rental business</b>.</li><li>You have a service oriented and reliable, structured, independent way of working with a strong sense of client orientation.</li><li><b>Strong communication</b> and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Confident, friendly manner and a professional appearance.</li><li>Fluent in <b>French and English</b>, German or Luxembourgish is a plus.</li>
