• You are responsible for the acquisition of new rental properties and existing portfolio.
• The organization of property valuations, viewings, inventory fixtures and other tasks related to the finalization of leases falls into your responsibility.
• After a successful collaboration, you prepare the rental dead and help with necessary documents.
• To strengthen our client relationships, you are the clients first contact person for rental related questions.

• You have a high degree of commitment and an independent way of working.
• Knowledge of Luxembourg Territory, especially Lux-City and surrounding.
• Ideally you already bring first experience in property rental business.
• You have a service oriented and reliable, structured, independent way of working with a strong sense of client orientation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, friendly manner and a professional appearance.
• Fluent in French and English, German or Luxembourgish is a plus.
