To support our Tech B2C team at the Hamburg headquarters, we are looking for you as a Lead SEO (f/m/d)* (40 hours) with immediate effect. As Lead SEO, you will optimize the organic visibility of Engel & Völkers, a leading real-estate brokerage in Europe, impacting product development across more than 25 countries. You will monitor KPIs and implement strategies for continuous optimization, focusing on technical SEO and integrating it into various teams’ processes. Additionally, you will stay updated on SEO developments to maintain and enhance our search performance.

Tasks that let you grow
- Define and execute our SEO strategy in alignment with business goals
- Manage the organic channel to enhance visibility for our brand and services
- Monitor business KPIs and technical KPIs, define and take measures for ongoing optimization
- Work closely with our four product teams to ensure technical SEO best practices are integrated into the product development
- Prioritize SEO in other teams’ processes (e.g., content creation, international marketing units, performance marketing, etc.) and guide them with keyword research
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO developments (Google Updates, SERP features, Google business, etc.), evaluate their impact on our strategy, and take appropriate action
Your profile that inspires us
- Bachelor’s degree (Master preferred) in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Several years of experience in SEO role, with a focus on e-commerce and digital marketing strategies and channels
- Willingness to take ownership and responsibility for SEO with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Sistrix, Screaming Frog
- Extensive experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Big Query) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Snowplow)
- Strong analytical skills and Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality
- Proficient communication skills in English
