Vivien Trojan

Vivien Trojan has been part of the Engel & Völkers team in Bochum since August 2023 and brings a breath of fresh air and commitment to her tasks. As a Real Estate Analyst, she supports the team in the letting and management of properties as well as in client communication. She has already made impressive progress in a short space of time: In addition to her work as a team assistant, she manages rental properties independently and has managed a purchase property for the first time. “The variety of my tasks motivates me. No two days are the same and I find it exciting to work with properties and customers,” she says. She focuses on open and trusting communication: “I want customers to feel that they are in good hands with us and can ask questions at any time.” Transparency and professionalism are particularly important to her. Vivien Trojan discovered her enthusiasm for real estate after taking a career detour. Internships in other areas, such as with a tax consultant, showed her that she was looking for a varied, dynamic job. “I wanted a job where I could travel a lot and be successful in the long term,” she explains. At Engel & Völkers, she found exactly what she was looking for and supports the team throughout Bochum.

In her free time, she recharges her batteries with family and friends. “It's my balance to everyday working life. It helps me to switch off and recharge my batteries,” she says. Despite her commitment to her job, it is important to her not to lose sight of the finer things in life.
