Sandra Horr joined the Engel & Völkers team in January 2025 in the area of HR management. With her background as a trained healthcare administrator, she has extensive experience in the support and development of employees. In her role, she is responsible for the administration of employment contracts, the organisation of payroll accounting, the planning of training courses and support with recruitment processes, among other things. A particular focus is on personnel development and quality management in order to create a stable and productive working environment.

‘I firmly believe that nurturing and promoting employee potential is the key to a successful company,’ explains Sandra Horr. Her many years of working with Christian Kretzmann have given her a deep understanding of E&V's corporate philosophy. In her new position, she ensures that all administrative processes run smoothly and that the employees receive the best possible support.

Sandra Horr particularly appreciates the family atmosphere in the team: ‘It's nice to work in an environment where people support and appreciate each other.’ This positive corporate culture is an important aspect of her work.

In her free time, Sandra Horr is a very family-orientated person and spends a lot of time with her loved ones. They enjoy going on outings together and being together, which she sees as a valuable break from everyday working life.
