Ronja Sümpelmann

Ronja Sümpelmann has been part of the Engel & Völkers team as a Real Estate Analyst since September 2024. She developed her enthusiasm for the real estate industry by helping relatives manage their properties in Dortmund. “I quickly realized that this industry was just right for me,” she says.

In her position, the focus is on supporting search customers and preparing properties for the market. Personal contact is particularly important to her: “Working with people motivates me - I'm not just an office person. The direct exchange in which I find out what customers want is what drives me,” she explains. Honest and open communication is the focus for her. She is currently working on the presentation of her first own property, a milestone of which she is particularly proud.

Her area of operation is mainly around Bochum-Stiepel, where she is committed to looking after both search clients and owners. “It's great to build a connection to the region and support clients with their real estate projects,” she says.

Ronja Sümpelmann is also active outside of work. She likes to spend her free time in nature, whether hiking with her boyfriend and her dog or taking part in sporting activities. “For me, a good balance between work and leisure is essential,” she emphasizes. In addition to her job, she focuses on continuous further training, because: “There's always something new to learn.”

Ronja Sümpelmann has clear long-term goals: She wants to develop further at Engel & Völkers and also contribute her experience internationally. “The idea of working in a new market, perhaps even abroad, really fascinates me,” she says. With her determination, commitment and passion, she is ideally positioned to gain a foothold in the real estate industry and master new challenges.
