Nils von zur Gathen has been part of the Engel & Völkers team since January 2024. In addition to his work as a real estate analyst, his focus is on office management. “Office management enables me to optimize internal processes and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day business. It is the basis on which we can offer our clients first-class service,” he explains. He is also involved in letting and property management, particularly in the Ennepe-Ruhr district and the south of Bochum. “Real estate has always been a subject that has fascinated me. It's something very personal and I'm happy to be able to help make dreams come true,” he says, describing his motivation. A rental apartment in Niedersprockhövel is particularly close to his heart, as he himself comes from the region. “I feel very connected to my home and am proud to support projects that reflect this connection,” he says. His tasks include looking after property owners, organizing viewings and preparing exposés. Customer satisfaction is his top priority: “It is important to me that customers feel they are in good hands and know that they can turn to me at any time.” His aim is to offer a comprehensive support package that extends from the initial consultation to the successful completion of the transaction.

In his private life, he balances his work with weight training. “Sport gives me the energy I need and helps me switch off after a long day at work,” he says. In the future, Nils von zur Gathen would like to establish himself as a contact person in the Ennepe-Ruhr district. “I want people to know that they have a reliable and competent estate agent on site,” he explains.
