Meric Parlak

Meriç Parlak combines his passion for real estate with a keen sense of his clients' needs. He has been part of the Engel & Völkers team as a real estate agent since the beginning of 2024 and brings his expertise to the table. “I see my job as helping people with one of the most important steps in their lives - buying or selling real estate,” explains Meriç Parlak. Transparency and openness are particularly important to him in order to build a trusting working relationship.

He gained his first experience in the real estate world when he bought and renovated his own house. “That gave me valuable insights and awakened my enthusiasm for the industry,” he says. Today, he is active in the districts of Eppendorf, Höntrop and Wattenscheid. “I wanted to become a real estate agent because I enjoy working with people and find real estate exciting,” he explains.

For Meriç Parlak, the focus is on people: “I treat my customers the way I would like to be treated myself.” This attitude has earned him the trust of many buyers and sellers. “You can sense dishonesty straight away. That's why I play my cards close to my chest and build authentic relationships,” he emphasizes.

Meriç Parlak is also involved in his private life. In his free time, he spends a lot of time with his family and his two children. “That gives me strength and provides the necessary balance,” he says.

He has clear plans for the future: “I want to become even better known in the real estate market and be perceived as the contact person in my region.” His passion and commitment make him a valuable asset to Engel & Völkers.
