In my role as Head of Business Operations & Growth at Engel & Völkers Berlin-Brandenburg & Munich, I combine my passion for digital solutions with a strong focus on people. Innovation and technology are key components of my work, but it’s the people who make the real difference and turn success into reality.

I rely on digital tools to streamline processes and open up new opportunities, yet I know that the true magic happens when people bring these technologies to life with dedication and creativity. Alongside my team, I work to solve operational challenges, always thinking one step ahead and finding solutions that are not only efficient but also sustainable.

In addition to this, I am responsible for onboarding new team members. It’s a role I hold dear, as it gives me the opportunity to inspire others about the real estate profession and our brand. Having worked as a real estate agent myself for several years, I understand the excitement and challenges of the job, and I strive to share this passion with every new recruit.
