Maja Funke

Maja Funke has been part of the Engel & Völkers Communications & PR team since April 2024. She creates and maintains texts for the website and other articles. She finds it particularly exciting to play an active role in shaping corporate communications and to work closely with the estate agents. “Just do it, try it out and communicate openly - that's the key to good results for me,” she emphasizes.

After graduating from high school last year, Maja Funke made a conscious decision to enter the real estate industry. “I'm fascinated by how diverse this industry is and the opportunities it offers.” The combination of theoretical knowledge during her studies and practical insights at Engel & Völkers particularly motivates her. In the future, she would like to accompany even more processes such as interviews with customers or the work of the brokers.

A highlight of her work so far is the relaunch of the website, where she was involved in the creation of texts and blog posts. This project shows her how important good communication and a structured approach are for success.

In her free time, she enjoys sports and spending time with her family, friends and boyfriend. Whether it's doing activities together or shopping - it's important to her to find a balance between her studies and work.

She has a clear goal for the future: to grow step by step, gain experience and develop professionally. “I want to successfully complete my time here and continuously improve. Big goals should be broken down into small stages in order to achieve them gradually.” With her open manner, commitment and willingness to learn, Maja Funke is a valuable asset to the Engel & Völkers team.
