Luis Wedler has been supporting the Engel & Völkers team as a Real Estate Analyst since October 2024. After training as a real estate agent and gaining a year of professional experience, he decided to take the next step and join one of Germany's most renowned brokerage houses. “I wanted to develop both personally and professionally,” he explains. In his position, Luis Wedler supports clients with customized property proposals and assists with search assignments. In doing so, he contributes in-depth industry knowledge and places particular value on a personal connection: “The interpersonal aspect simply has to be right,” he emphasizes. He also analyzes market trends and maintains the property portfolio to ensure smooth processes.

Luis Wedler's enthusiasm for real estate was awakened early on, as his father works in the construction industry. “I appreciate the mixture of teamwork in the office and outside appointments - it suits my communicative and active character perfectly,” he says. He also stays active in his private life: tennis, the gym and spending time with family and friends are important ways for him to balance things out. “I attach great importance to keeping work and private life in balance,” he says.

Luis Wedler has clear goals for the future: To work independently as a real estate agent and build long-term client relationships. “Passion and expertise - for me, these are the keys to a successful career,” he explains.
