Lennart Tschuck joined the Engel & Völkers team in Bochum in October 2024. As a Real Estate Analyst, his current focus is on supporting search clients and letting properties. “I mainly take care of contacting search clients and checking which properties from our portfolio best match their ideas,” he explains. Lennart Tschuck found his way into the real estate industry in an unusual way. After a first year at medical school, he decided to follow his interest in business and real estate. “I've always been fascinated by real estate - the opportunity to work in this industry and create something tangible increasingly appealed to me,” he says. His work at Engel & Völkers is characterized by thoroughness, honesty and understanding. “For me, open and respectful interaction is the basis of every successful customer relationship,” he emphasizes. In his free time, Lennart remains active in sports and enjoys spending time with family and friends. “Whether it's doing sport, cooking together or enjoying a relaxing evening with friends - it gives me the balance I need,” he says. For the future, Lennart Tschuck is open as to where his path in the real estate industry will take him. “At the moment, I'm very enthusiastic about brokerage work, but I also find the development of real estate projects in the construction industry exciting,” he explains.
