Lennart Potthoff has been working at Engel & Völkers since January 2025 and brings his passion for real estate and wide-ranging experience to marketing.

“I started in the real estate industry straight after leaving school,” says Lennart Potthoff, who came into contact with the industry early on thanks to his family background in property management. After completing his studies, he gained a wide range of experience in management, letting and marketing. “During my time in administration, I realized that I was much more interested in marketing and contact with people.”

At Engel & Völkers, Lennart Potthoff appreciates the varied tasks and the dedicated team. “I want to get out and about, meet people, get to know new properties - it's precisely this variety that motivates me every day.” His work is characterized by a high level of customer orientation: “Transparency, care and quality are my top priorities. It is important to me to provide a service that is worth its price.”

In his free time, Lennart Potthoff is involved as a soccer coach and is a passionate golfer. These activities provide him with a balance to his work and strengthen his social skills, which he also uses professionally.
