Hello, I'm Karoline Kubny and I'm in my third year of training as a real estate agent. I support and learn from the many successful real estate consultants in our Schleswig store and from the surrounding stores. What I like most is accompanying the real estate consultants on their first property viewings and helping them to evaluate the various properties here in the region. The fact that the real estate consultants have taken me along so much has given me a good overview of the regional real estate market here in Schleswig-Flensburg since my first year of training.
In the store, I support the real estate consultants and team assistants with various activities such as Applying for documents at the offices, photo appointments of the property, preparing presentations, creating exposés.
The best feeling is when I can experience everything. From the first appointment to view the property to the notary, where the property is then sold.
