My name is Dirk Beller, I am the managing partner of the Engel & Völkers stores in Ahrensburg, Langenhorn/Norderstedt, Kaltenkirchen, Hamburg-Barmbek and Hamburg-Bergedorf.

I have been working for Engel & Völkers since 2008.

Before that, I worked for 10 years in various banks in Germany in different positions.

From 2008 to the end of 2013, I worked at Engel & Völkers headquarters in the area of license partner support and expansion as Regional Manager Germany.

From 2014 to the end of 2021, I was responsible for the commercial division of Engel & Völkers as Head of Commercial, with locations from Santiago de Chile to Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Liechtenstein and Denmark.

During this time, I was also responsible for the Engel & Völkers research team and for the expansion of the commercial locations.

As a license partner of Engel & Völkers Residential GmbH, I have been responsible for our location in Hamburg Bergedorf since 2012.

In 2014 we opened another store in Hamburg Barmbek and since 2022 I have been primarily responsible for the Ahrensburg, Langenhorn/Norderstedt and Kaltenkirchen locations with my teams.
