Christian Schulte

I'm Christian Schulte, 35 years old and live in the district town of Lüdenscheid. I have been successfully and passionately active in the real estate industry in the Märkisches Kreis for over 18 years now.

The focus of my work here for many years has been real estate brokerage in Lüdenscheid and the surrounding area. I am in the fortunate situation that I can call my hobby my job at the same time. It gives me great pleasure every day to accompany people through the challenges of their living situation and to successfully overcome all the hurdles and problems on their way for my customers.

My passion for the topic of “real estate” in combination with my excellent knowledge of human nature enables me to respond optimally to my customers and to be able to analyze and understand their concerns and wishes in the shortest possible time. This is the only way to find the ideal solutions for my customers. As many of you now know, I prefer to spend my free time on the North Sea. I also enjoy meeting friends for a good glass of wine or spending my free time in the nature of the Sauerland.
