Bacill Kamal

With almost two decades of experience in financing advice, Bacill Kamal is an expert in his field. As a financing specialist at Engel & Völkers Finance, he has been helping clients find the right financing for their dream property since March 2023. “My job is to provide buyers and modernizers with comprehensive advice and show them the best financing and funding options,” he explains.

His career began in 2005 after training at a building society, when he set up his own business in Dortmund. “Even during my training, I realized that real estate financing was my area. I immediately seized the opportunity to work independently,” he says.

At Engel & Völkers Finance, Bacill Kamal looks after the stores in Essen, Bochum, Recklinghausen and Gelsenkirchen. Honesty and open dealings with customers are particularly important to him: “A long-term relationship is based on trust and clear statements,” he emphasizes. Speed and reliability are his top priorities in order to give customers a sense of security.

He particularly appreciates the cooperation with the Engel & Völkers stores. “Although Engel & Völkers Finance is independent, I feel like part of the team. It's great to work closely with colleagues on site,” he says.

In his free time, Bacill Kamal spends a lot of time with his family. “I have two children, and we love going on trips and spending time together in our allotment,” he says. His vision: “The collaboration between Engel & Völkers and Engel & Völkers Finance should become so natural that customers don't even look for financing elsewhere.” With his expertise, Bacill Kamal brings his clients a step closer to their dream of owning their own property.
