For immediate rent we offer a generous apartment in a functionalist house in the centre of Prague. The apartment is located on the second floor of the residence with elevator. It has a good layout. Upon entering you will be impressed by the large entrance hall from which there is access to all rooms. All three rooms are impassable. There is a fully equipped kitchen including appliances and washing machine. The apartment also offers two bathrooms, one with a bathtub, the other with a shower and two separate toilets. It is rented unfurnished with furniture. Two of the rooms have an exit to the balcony. The spacious terrace is accessible from the kitchen. The house has a reception and security 24/7. For the tenants of the house there is a fitness room. Billable advance payments for utilities and energy are 12 000 CZK per month. The security deposit is set at two monthly rents. The commission to the real estate agent is one monthly rent + VAT.
