The ONE Modřany Residence is a unique project that connects two disparate villas into one modern and classic residential building. This intimate residence was created through an extensive renovation completed in 2024, which created six residential units and one studio. The exceptional character of the project is underlined by exclusive exterior and interior designs by the DESIRA architectural studio, which prides itself on the originality and high standard of its projects. The interiors have been designed to ensure airiness, functional use of space and harmony of the materials used. The interiors are decorated in light or dark tones, allowing for a choice according to personal taste. The high standard of design includes high-quality ceramic tiles without transition strips, cleaning zones, large format ceramic tiles with minimal joints, fireproof doors, insulating plastic and wooden windows and preparation for ambient lighting. To ensure thermal comfort, the apartments are equipped with underfloor heating with thermostats and heating ladders in the bathrooms, while hot water for each apartment is provided by its boiler. The apartments are also equipped with air conditioning. This model apartment with a layout of 2+kt and a floor area of 61 m2 is fully equipped with design furniture and bespoke carpentry elements. The space is dominated by a bright living room pleasantly connected to the kitchen and island. The living area also has an electric fireplace for bio-alcohol. The cosy bedroom has an integrated dressing room, which is separated by a glass partition with a black metal frame. The bathroom with the toilet is accessible from the hallway and has a shower with a niche in white tiling. The hallway has an integrated cleaning zone and built-in wardrobe furniture. Ambient lighting can be controlled throughout the apartment. The apartment serves as inspiration for the final finishing of the other units. The price of this apartment includes all furnishings.
