Tremezzina, a lakeside municipality on the central-western shore of Lake Como, is one of the most famous and prestigious resorts in the area. The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) is governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses.
