Villa Calvi is an extraordinary 18th century residence located directly on the shores of Lake Como; it was built by the Artaria family, music publishers of illustrious classical composers, including Haydn, Beethoven, Mozart, and Rossini. The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) is governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses.
