Cantù is an exclusive residential area of the city of Como with many shops, restaurants, banks and supermarkets. In addition to the excellent public schools in the city, the prestigious and renowned International School of Fino Mornasco is in the immediate vicinity. Como city centre can be reached in approx. 21 minutes (approx. 12 km). The city of Como is the provincial capital and also the most important town on Lake Como. The ferry companies invite you to cross over to the smaller towns on the lake, such as the famous village of Bellagio. The most important infrastructures are close by and easy to reach. The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) is governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses. The consideration (commission) payable by the Buyer/Tenant for our services, plus VAT at the legal rate, is 5% of the sale price of a property or 15% of a yearly rent.
