Lurago d'Erba is an Italian town in the province of Como. It is located near Erba, Anzano del Parco, and Alzate Brianza. The historic center enjoys a beautiful view of Lake Alserio and the surrounding mountains, including the Grigne and the Resegone. It is a municipality well-served by schools, shopping centers, and neighborhood shops. Lurago d'Erba is about 16 km from Como, which can be reached in about half an hour by car. Como offers numerous hospitality accommodations and recreational activities, such as museums, shops, restaurants, lounge bars, cinemas, and theatres. The city of Lecco and its attractions is reachable in about 40 minutes. The infrastructures of Lurago d'Erba are nearby and easy to reach. Milan and the international airports of Linate, Malpensa, and Orio al Serio are approximately an hour and a half away by car, as is the city of Lugano in Switzerland with its regional airport. The Lake Como Navigation company offers easy year-round ferry boat access to the other picturesque towns around the lake: Cernobbio, Menaggio, Tremezzo, and the famous “Pearl of the Lake”, Bellagio. Lake Como offers a wide range of possibilities for water sports enthusiasts, while the hinterland invites long walks, excursions, trekking, cycling, or mountain biking.

The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) is governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses. The consideration (commission) payable by the Buyer/Tenant for our services, plus VAT at the legal rate, is 5% of the sale price of a property or 15% of a yearly rent. If a sale is made, our right to commission arises as soon as the Buyer is informed that the Seller has accepted the offer; in case of property to let, our right to commission arises as soon as the person seeking to rent a property is informed that the Landlord has agreed to let the property to them. The commission must be paid as soon as the parties sign the preliminary sale agreement or the rental agreement as the case may be.
