The task of mediation with our agency and / or real estate agents is formalized with the signing of an agreement or with the use of the services listed in our service brochure, in our real estate cards and related clauses. The fee for the brokerage (commission) paid by the buyer is 4% plus VAT on the price of the sale. The commission is considered earned and payable together with the signing of the preliminary contract of sale (compromise). The gross amount of the commission may vary if there is an adjustment of VAT. The Pret a Habiter S.r.l (affiliates of Engel & Völkers S.r.l) and its possible real estate agents, have the right to immediately request the payment of this commission (contract in favor of third parties). The registration tax, and any VAT if due, the notary costs and the cadastral and mortgage taxes are charged to the purchaser.
