From Roman and late Roman times are instead a bronze coin and a cappuccino tomb, the latter kept at the Town Hall. For Oggiona with Santo Stefano passed a ridge path along the left bank of the Arno. The remains of a high medieval traffic control tower, incorporated in the rear structure of the church of Santa Maria Annunciata al Castello, testify to the importance of Oggiona before the year 1000. Oggiona con Santo Stefano is a municipality well connected with the airport of Malpensa and is close to the motorway exits.
