The mediator and/or its agents, Engel & Völkers Lugano (Ticino Premium Properties SA, Lugano) and its possible representatives / agents, have the right to immediately claim the commission and the remaining dues toward the seller respectively the buyer (contract in favour of third parties). No responsibility will be accepted for the information available, they are exclusively provided by the client. For the rest our standard terms and conditions shall apply to this agreement. Subject to prior sale and to alteration of prices. The documentation belongs to us.
