I'm a big fan of St.Margaret's Bay! Having live in Boutilier's Point, and in Glen Margaret, I have traveled Highway 103, and the Lighthouse Route many times. After the photos were done for the property, I pulled out of the driveway and watched a pheasant as it ran into the woods. I drove 8 minutes down the road towards Hubbard's and stopped into Rosse Roagise for a cappuccino and a "baby donut:, and then headed 10 minutes down the highway to Exit 5, Tantallon Sobeys for groceries. This is a beautiful house in a great community that could not be duplicated at this price!
