I'm a big fan of St.Margaret's Bay! Having live in Boutilier's Point, and in Glen Margaret, I have traveled Highway 103, and the Lighthouse Route many times. This custom built, 8 month old Contemporary home is located in Black Point which is only minutes to Bayer's Lake. The house is open and gilled with natural light from the many large windows and 10 foot ceiling thought out. The main living area is 15 food cathedral ceiling with wood beans for a nicer aesthetic. From the moment you open the door, you are beckoned inside to fine custom finishes, and beautiful design features. The house was built with costly ICF construction which is known to offer more stringent energy efficiency. 3 bedrooms on the main floor level with a beautiful custom laundry with built ins, is located just off the garage making this a great layout for anybody with accessibility concerns. The spacious primary bedroom has an ensuite bath with 4x6 walk in shower and a separate lady slipper tub- The best of both worlds! The lower level is finish with 1 bedroom and rec room, which could easily be made into a secondary suite for family members or for a rental. After the photos were done for the property, I pulled out of the driveway and watched a pheasant as it ran into the woods. I drove 8 minutes down the road towards Hubbard's and stopped into Rosse Roagise for a cappuccino and a "baby donut:, and then headed 10 minutes down the highway to Exit 5, Tantallon Sobeys for groceries. This is a beautiful house in a great community that could not be duplicated at this price!
