- Residence only, no pets, no smoking and cannabis activity inside the condo, no Airbnb. - The tenant will be responsible for the moving in and out fees charged by the syndicate. - The tenant must keep the property clean and in good condition, broken equipment or damages due to excessive usage, such as scratched or dented floors, damaged appliances, etc. shall be the tenant's responsibility and shall be fixed, replaced or repaired at the tenant's expense. - The tenant shall return all the keys to the landlord when the lease term ends and shall compensate for any damages.
