Ski fans can drive from the house to the middle station of the "Panoramabahn Kitzbüheler Alpen" in just ten minutes. The Kitzbühel ski area stretches there with 170 km of groomed pistes. You can reach the Kitzbüheler Streif without unbuckling your skis.
