The enclosed living space opens up through a glass front on the garden side to a half-recessed, half-projecting terrace. Large panoramic windows around the entire house frame the surrounding view. Even inside the house, you feel part of the green surroundings and the interior design is characterised by the fine mahogany wood, which creates a wonderful, warm atmosphere in all rooms. It adds a touch of luxury to every area and creates a unique, pleasant feeling of living. The lighting has been carefully considered and provides a sophisticated blend of natural light and stylish lighting elements. Walls, doors, fitted wardrobes and shelving express the highest level of detail and craftsmanship and are a true nod to the era in which the house was built, with the pool area serving as an additional focal point of the home. The space has been constructed in a complex interplay of water, light and the reflection of the onyx tiling in magical colours. The neighbouring terrace blurs the boundaries between indoor and outdoor areas, creating a unique setting for socialising and relaxation, while the Salettl in the garden, also known as the Lusthaus, represents the light and cheerful and is turned towards the charms of the garden.
