Commission Details

1-Feeing of the rental agreement: For rental agreements that are rented for purposes other than residential purposes (business premises, neutral properties), a fee of 1% of the gross rental interest for the term of the contract (including VAT), up to a maximum of 18 times the annual value , has to be paid.
